D&D Welding & Fabrication, LLC is a family owned structural steel fabrication company founded in 1985. We are based in Fort Lauderdale & Fort Pierce. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Steel Fabricator to join our team in our Fort Lauderdale location. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the construction industry, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented and highly motivated and must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen. We're looking for quality skilled craftsmen to join our team.
This is a full time, long term position. We offer health and dental insurance, paid holidays and paid vacation.
- Must be able to fabricate beams, columns, ladders and/or stairs and rails.
- Must be able to read and fabricate off drawings.
- Must be able to take verbal instructions and be a self-starter.
- Welding certification is a PLUS but not necessary.
Candidate MUST possess the following qualities:
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Must have valid employment documentation
- Reliable transportation
- Be able to work 7:00am – 3:30pm Mon-Fri.
