Experienced Bartenders/Mixologist Needed Job at Coquette Brasserie
We are looking for full time enthusiastic bartenders that make the best of classic cocktails while also able to bartend like a chef. Our cocktails change seasonally and bartenders are in charge of cocktail creation. We are a very busy place- so we need to be creative- but also be speedy. The bar is full service with lots of people hangoing out while others dine. High end customer service is a must. If you only have experience pouring wine and beer please do not apply. this is a professional positon where people earn top wages. You will be interviewing with ownership.
Coquette is a twenty seat bar plus a busy service well.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
