Executive Administrative Assistant Job at LOCKHEED MARTIN CORPORATION
The Strategy & Business Development Team at Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Resources, and Strategy Development teams. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to multiple Directors performing teaming and partnership activities, technology development, business capture, and advanced programs execution.
This role requires an experienced administrative professional with exceptional organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills who is a self-starter and can perform effectively in a dynamic environment with frequently changing priorities. Candidate must be comfortable working independently without direct supervision, and with supporting multiple executives concurrently.
Support to the Director(s) will include calendar management, meeting coordination (to include as needed conference room scheduling, catering requests and visitor access), business travel arrangements and expense reporting. Frequent interface with other administrative professionals within Strategy & Business Development and interfaces with other LM Space functional organizations including Security, Facilities and IT will also be required.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience working with executive-level leadership and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate special events (e.g., small and large multi-discipline group meetings and conferences, teleconferences, and/or video conferences).
- Experience managing travel arrangements and completing timely expense reports.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated flexibility and ability to multi-task.
- Robust organizational and problem solving abilities.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality to support a variety of close-hold and/or NDA protected projects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin policies and procedures, expense reporting, time keeping system, virtual meeting processes and policies
- TS/SCI clearance
