H&C Construction is a Home Remodeling company with 12+ years in the business specialized in bathroom, kitchen, basement and full home remodeling. We are looking for someone to join our team who has at least 3-5 years of experience in project managing and estimating. We are looking to find someone who has the drive and motivation to estimate, sale and lead the teams to complete high-end home remodels. We want to work with someone knowledgeable in construction and home improvements.
Responsibilities:
*Sets and meets or exceeds sales goals
*Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
*Plan and develop project ideas with customer
*Lead your teams to complete the projects
*Monitor the progress and set deadlines for the projects
*Solve issues that arise *Ensure customer satisfaction
*Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project
*Estimate costs by looking at the entire project
*Present cost estimates to upper management
*Prepare reports detailing all of the costs going into a project
*Input cost data into company database
*Look at customer requirements for a project
* Work with the sales team to prepare proposals
