Job Opening – Estimator with Pioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems in Cleveland, OH

As an Estimator with Pioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems, you will work collaboratively with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and the Field to provide a detailed estimate of all labor and materials required to complete the Scope of Work for custom unitized curtain wall projects. You will analyze the details of each potential project and incorporate lessons learned from previous projects to generate competitive bids.
To be successful you will be detail oriented with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines. You will have the ability to actively engage with team members and offer solutions that support project requirements.
Other requirements include:
- Associate degree in a relevant technical field preferred
- 5 years of estimating experience, preferably in the commercial construction industry
- Glass and glazing experience would be a plus
- Experience reading and analyzing construction and project management documents
- Familiarity with basic engineering and architectural principles in structures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
