POSITION PURPOSE
The Due Diligence Coordinator (DDC) is a centrally based position that supports the Due Diligence process. Reporting directly to the Director, Estimating and Due Diligence (EDD) and working in conjunction with the Central Project Coordination team and Third-party vendors. This may include schedule approvals, price verifications and working to resolve Third-Party issues. This position will also aid with directing Third-party vendors, their Full-Time Employees (FTE) and supervisors in each market related to quality control.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
25% Support and oversee third-party vendor’s external due diligence reports per Progress Residential Renovations Standards and scopes of work using 360° interior scans- 25% Review quality feedback from Scope Evaluators, review Renowalk scopes and 360° interior scans and photos to ensure the work product meets quality standards.
- 15% Oversee Quality Assurance plans and provide course correction paths as needed for Third-party vendors
- 15% Assist with coordination and scheduling work with the central Project Coordinator team and be able to execute NPC tasks, as needed
- 15% Assist with third-party vendor inspections and report submittals. Assist with missed opportunities resolutions, rescheduling or reassignments
- 5% Review scoping platform product for pricing, outdated SKU items, and descriptions updates; coordinate with Procurement team

QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate and/or 3 years equivalent work experience- Knowledge of the residential Building/Remodel construction industry a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of internal customers and external vendors
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products, including Excel
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred
- Yardi experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
