TEKsystems is currently looking to grow its team in an IT support role here in Southfield for one of our clients. This is a great opportunity to allow someone to grow their IT skills and work with like-minded team members. We are looking at bringing in help for our IT Helpdesk.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and addressing tickets for time keeping the software, and other business software.
• Troubleshooting of hardware/software issues
• Support of Active Directory
• Windows OS and Office 365 support
• Back-office computer, printer/fax & battery backup support
• Thorough and accurate documentation of all Help Desk
• Document common fixes for self-help/knowledge base The Helpdesk Manager is looking for people who have experience personal or professional with over the phone support of IT issues, following scripts, and technical troubleshooting.

• Skills: Help desk, Service desk, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Windows 10, Office 365 Core Values are huge
