PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  Performs a variety of clerical duties, which may include answering a large call volume on a daily basis.
• Processes documents or paperwork requiring a thorough knowledge of procedures in support of bank operations.
• Processes bank accounting transactions for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensures transactions are classified and recorded according to established procedures.
• Solves routine problems independently, refers more complex problems to management.
• Performs clerical duties requiring exercise of judgment and a detailed knowledge of departmental procedures.
• Ensures department work is completed in a timely manner.
• Completes special assignments as requested.
• Protect the confidentiality of non-public customer information (NPCI) and the security of our information technology resources. Adhere to the Bank’s Acceptable Use Policy, participate in security awareness training and successfully pass social engineering testing which are designed to provide the education necessary to enable employees to keep the bank secure. Employee awareness and vigilance are required in following these cyber security best practices and are the most effective weapon we have against cyber threats and fraud.

• Good computer skills specifically data entry, Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Possesses the ability to be cross trained on many different job duties and rotate jobs within the department
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time sensitive environment
• Must exhibit attention to detail and sense of urgency to complete assigned task
