This job offer is for a DENTAL ASSISTANT for a modern, 4-operatory practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are a highly-motivated and forward-thinking team and we are looking for a leader for our clinical operations.

For the Dental Assistant Position: Please only apply if you have great leadership qualities and are interested in being a back office manager dental assistant. This is not a position for a new graduate - we want an organized back office manager and we are willing to compensate accordingly. You MUST be a team player, responsible, great with people, and have good communication skills. Most importantly, you must truly enjoy serving your patients and have a natural enthusiasm for the field of dentistry.

You must be familiar with taking alginate impressions and digital x-rays, crown/bridge procedures, most aspects of cosmetic dentistry, and be motivated to continue learning.

Additionally:
Marketing time on certain days to some local community events, chamber of commerce meetings, and any coordination with going to school events to promote the office. These will be on select days of the month.
Having access to a smartphone so that you can help schedule new patients while we are out of the office, but still within business hours.
Being familiar with Open Dental practice management software.
Being responsible, organized, and punctual with your daily tasks.
