Bichonne Nail Spa is always looking for upbeat, personable individuals to join our team! We are dedicated to providing an excellent experience to all of our clients.
We are looking for an individual that has developed the understanding of customer service, professionalism, and excellent work ethics. Our hours of operation range from 8am-7pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-6pm Sundays.
Two weeks of training is required of all receptionist to ensure understanding of procedures and operation of the spa as well as to ensure a great fit in team for both parties.
Requirements:
*Ability to work mornings, evenings, or long shifts
*Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to perform basic computer skills
* Flexibility to work weekends and evenings if needed
* Team player
*Reliability

Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to):
* Scheduling salon services for clients while implementing proper procedures
* Executing standard telephone skills while using appropriate customer service etiquette
* Greeting guests
* Basic cleaning skills
* Resolving client challenges, with support from the Salon Manager when necessary
* Support retail and service staff
* Closing and balancing register drawer
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff and customers safe, we have installed clear plastic barriers at the front desk and all manicure tables. We require everyone in the building to wear a face mask and wash their hands upon entry. Chairs and tables are sanitized after use.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
