Awesome Childcare Center seeks Proficient Lead Teacher (Sarasota, FL)

Our school is in need of a positive and caring Teacher to help unleash the potential of our students. Your primary duty will be to supervise the students and provide learning support and guidance. The successful applicant should be ready to lead the development and implementation of educational plans as well as identify and solve issues with the social and emotional development of students. The LeadTeacher should be committed to developing meaningful relationships with pupils and giving constructive feedback to help them grow and improve. You must have strong communication skills, as you will be expected to interact with colleagues, parents, students and educational authorities. The ideal candidate will be understanding and attentive to student needs, and have a passion for the education field.

Compensation: based on experience, attitude towards work and motivation.

Lead Teacher Responsibilities & Duties
- To performance with awesomeness daily academic activities and preparation of the weekly lesson plan
- To practice with awesomeness the cleaning and tidiness of the classroom
- To serve with awesomeness all the meals and the awesome children of the classroom
- In a word, to be an awesome person doing her job and duties.

Lead Teacher Qualifications & Skills
- High School o GED approved
- 45 DCF hours done
- Has completed the FCCPC or has an associate or a bachelor degree.
- 1 year of experience minimum
- A total awesome attitude towards children, work, fellowship and supervisors.
