Data Entry Associate
Job Overview
The Data Entry Associate position is focused on accurately and quickly inputting data into AllRec’s enterprise system. Seeking someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and excels in a team environment. Moreover, the Data Entry Associate must be flexible and willing to work on a variety of tasks or projects as needed/requested. These requests may include working in a different department based upon seasonal demands/business needs. Being a team player and willing to help where is needed is our top cultural value!
Role Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into AllRec's enterprise system.
- Quickly process work orders.
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday on the assigned schedule, plus rare weekend help as needed (roughly 3-4 times a year, total).
- Being here each day is vital for the success of this role.
- Other responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
Key Competencies
- Has proficient computer skills (ability to use Microsoft Office suite).
- Can type accurately and quickly to ensure adequate work is being processed on time.
- Works in a friendly way in a team setting.
- Must be consistently reliable, and on time for work on the assigned schedule.
- Be flexible and willing to work on a variety of items that are needed and requested.
- Communicate regularly regarding problems or issues impacting production or office-related needs.
- Bring the best effort, attitude, and team spirit each day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
