All these terms make up our Customer Support Representative who will be responsible for contacting and onboarding tow providers who have applied to join the Allstate Roadside network. This includes building initial rate and coverage estimates, delivering estimates to prospective providers, and following up with providers to reach agreements and complete their onboarding with the Allstate Roadside network.

Bring your High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of experience in online sales or service processes preferred. Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform such as Salesforce preferred.

Possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.
  • Experience assisting customers or candidates through multi-step processes such as guiding candidates through an onboarding process or activating new accounts.
  • Dependable with good work ethic.
  • Able to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

This job offers you:

  • Business hours Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm CST

You will be expected to:

  • Create rate and volume estimates to send to prospective providers.
  • Send rate and volume estimates to qualified inbound provider leads.
  • Follow up with leads to discuss estimates, reach agreements, and collect necessary network onboarding materials.
  • Notate and monitor provider interactions in Salesforce.
