Marketplace Customer Service Specialist Description:
Store Supply Warehouse is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Marketplace Customer Service Specialist, at our main headquarters in Bridgeton, MO. As a Marketplace Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving inbound customer calls, interacting with customers via websites, entering orders, and handling customer questions, feedback, and concerns. We do it in a supportive environment where you have the ability to use your judgment in satisfying customers.
Marketplace Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Track orders daily and scanning status for orders shipped the previous day
- Reply to customer questions concerning product details in the marketplace message centers, and product detail questions for multiple marketplaces (i.e. Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc.)
- Monitor customer reviews on our seller accounts, as well as, product pages for multiple marketplaces and reply to any customer feedback experiences
- Ability to be familiar with various marketplace return guidelines, and work with marketplace representatives if any return complaints are filled
- Assist with order cancellations, refund issuances, credits, etc. within marketplaces and portal
- Assist in the development and management of marketing material and strategies
Marketplace Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or a GED is required
- Customer Service experience of 1 year or more in a call center is preferred but not required; Store Supply Warehouse will train all new employees
- Must be computer literate, navigate between different websites, and multitask
- Ability to work in a quick-paced customer service environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action to resolve issues, if necessary
