Debt Collector/Customer Service Representative
Collections office located in the Amherst area looking to fill a handful of positions immediately!!! Applicants must be ENERGETIC, SELF-MOTIVATED, and DRIVEN! We offer a fantastic opportunity with hourly PLUS commission. Ideal applicants must be willing and able to take and follow instructions and follow our proven system for success. Applicants will need basic computer skills along with the ability to make at least 175 out bound calls per day. This is collections, so applicants need to have basic negotiating skills. Customer service background is a plus. We will provide training with the skills for you to be successful from the start! No prior experience needed, but previous sales or negotiating skills will be viewed as a plus. If you're coach-able and willing to learn, we can provide you with the tools for SUCCESS. This can honestly be the easiest $50,000/year you can make anywhere if your financially driven & have good attitude. The hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, with weekends and most major holidays off. So applicants must be available to work during those times. This is a full time position only.
