Job Opportunity – Customer service representative

Lamart Corporation is looking for a talented individual for its role of Customer Service representative for its San Diego, CA location.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Regional Manager. The right candidate will have knowledge and experience in
Customer Service and be instrumental in maintaining and improving the business processes.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billings or payments
• Research answers or solutions as needed
• Adjust product price change as determined by management
• Follow up on each customer request or complaint with various internal departments or outside sales representatives to make certain that the customer’s needs are met in an efficient manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Positive and responsible thinking
• Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and be accountable for decisions
• Effectively work in a fast-paced organization
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft and ERP systems
• Have the ability to read and interpret complex customer specifications

Preferred Skills:

• Bilingual (English, Spanish)
