This is a great opportunity that will give you the responsibility for all sales activities in assigned accounts delivering a unique customer experience, assisting sales representatives and multiple internal departments, and potentially handling projects at the same time while also keeping up with clients’ day-to-day processes.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

• Keying and verifying sales orders-Retail and Food Service
• Answer telephone calls direct calls to appropriate contact or assist the incoming sales call
• Greet Customers and handle inquiries/ order pickups as needed.
• Communications and paperwork for retail accounts and other departments: Purchasing, distribution, customer service, and accounts receivable.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Assist customers and sales reps with basic needs.
• Assist account managers with collections and credit issues.

Things you need to be able to do:

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong computer skills are required.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office

Things that are a plus:

• College degree preferred but not required
• 2-3 years of experience.
