Description

The Earthmoving team is responsible for the products at the core of our company, including the machines upon which it was founded. As a communications representative supporting the Earthmoving Division you will have the opportunity to apply your unique life and job experiences and work in a team environment where your ideas are heard, and your contributions are celebrated.

This position is responsible for delivering strategic, internal communications plans in support of division goals, supporting human resources priorities and serving as a business partner ensuring clear, thoughtful messaging for our employees and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong writing and project management skills as well as expertise in developing strategic communications plans and experience supporting change management initiatives.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Creatively partner with key stakeholders to build and execute strategic communication plans and deliverable. Deliverables may include videos, talking points, internal articles, internal social media posts, large internal meetings, presentations, and external press release editing and support.
• Provide dedicated strategic communications support the Processes & Tools workstream of the Senior Technology Leader Forum (STLF).
• Use storytelling to create and support employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Own and deliver select creative communications vehicles.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
• 3-5 years of communications related experience with expertise in corporate communication including internal communications

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Writing skills and strategic communications planning experience
• Understanding of change management principles with the ability to influence adoption of strategic initiatives through effective communication
• Proven experience with the use of a variety of communication channels and tools ranging from video to Office365 tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, and Teams.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to simplify information for communication to a broad, international audience
• Project management, teamwork and creative thinking skills
• Sense of urgency, ability to quickly prioritize and excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
