Position Requirements: A successful candidate must be organized, detailed, team player and deadline driven. Restaurant Experience is a Plus!

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly obtain a working knowledge of estimating software
• Effective in written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to identify project impacting critical issues and challenges
• Able to negotiate with and manage sub-contractors and vendors
• Able to understand construction drawings and bid process
