Adolescent Case Manager/Social Worker/Clinician Opportunity
Fuller Hospital is seeking a full-time Case Manager, Clinician or Social Worker for our Adolescent Partial Hospital Program. Licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LICSW) is required for this position.
This position comes with a $12,000 sign-on bonus!
- $3,000 paid after 90 days
- $3,000 paid after 6 months
- $6,000 paid after 1 year
Case Managers, Clinicians and Social Workers provide a comprehensive range of services to a variety of adolescent patients in a partial hospital setting. They act as the primary contact with external providers and actively participate in each assigned patient’s treatment plan. They are also the primary individual responsible for discharge and aftercare planning.

Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed licensed, private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units are designed to treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, as well as adolescents with general psychiatric issues. Patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse disorders can be treated on most units. Fuller Hospital also provides a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) to patients with psychiatric and co-occurring psychiatric and substance abuse
