We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will take control over the company’s ongoing operations and procedures, to secure the functionality of business and drive extensive and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead on a range of confidential projects with partners that we are in conversation with as well as serve as a core driver of strategic development to secure new partners. The successful candidate should have a range of experience across different areas and, preferably, a strong understanding of and passion for web3, marketing, community, and/or social impact. You will be working closely with company leadership to support the company’s growth and strategy in a way that helps to bring our vision for a purpose-driven, socially responsible Web3 to fruition and takes advantage of opportunities over the course of this next chapter, and many more chapters to come.

The Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CEO and Department Leads to deeply understand the business, the projects being developed and progressed, and ensure their successful execution
• Oversee and thus support Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
• Participate in expansion activities (strategic partnerships, corporate alliances)
• Own employee onboarding and job descriptions & postings
• Build out functions within the organization and recruit resources necessary to fill gaps
• Participate in the strategic process of identifying goals, setting company OKRs
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Build and manage relationships with leads, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as COO of a high growth startup or other relevant position (8+ years of experience)
• In-depth knowledge of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including experience of HR, sales, and strategic planning
• Ability to manage comprehensive budgets and business operations
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Ability to generate a strategic plan, communicate it, present it visually, and execute it.
• You have a passion for working with team members in a fast-paced startup environment
• You have a firm understanding of the web3 space

• Must be in the Americas time zone
