Cashier/Line Cook Job at Tailwind CRP
Being a line cook consists of prepping, cooking, and making sure all food goes out in a timely manner. While cooking, you must make sure all food is at the right internal temperature. You will be using thermometers and calibrating them before use. Along with being a line cook, you will learn how to run a register. Learn how to open and close a drawer at the start and end of shifts.
Cashiering would be at a small cafe that is run by typically one person, and the line cooking would be inside of the bar and grill. Both are good areas to be in and easy to learn.
