Job Summary
Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver FOR IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for a client located in Valencia, PA:
- Monday - Sunday (12:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.) - Client needs caregiver ASAP!!
- Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00 p.m.) NEED FILLED ASAP
- 2 Days - week day, weekend or mix (7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
Client Diagnosis: Paraplegic (MUST be adjusted/turned EVERY hour), Fall Risk, Chronic Frailty, Mobility Impairment (uses electric wheelchair)
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Cooking and Light Housekeeping
- Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
- Grocery Shopping
- Companionship
- Range of Motion Exercises
- Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
- Driving to Appointments and Errands
- Walking and Transfer Assistance
- Medication Reminders
- ADL's
- Ambulation
- Change Depends
- Transportation - No car needed
Adept Home Care MUST receive a copy of the following documents in order to start employment - PA REQUIRED documents:
- 2 Step TB Test Results
- Social Security Card
- Driver's License/State ID
- Car Insurance Card
- Proof of 2 Year PA Residency
Requirements
- 1 Year Experience (at least)
- Pass Criminal Background Checks
- Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
