Accurate Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join the managerial team of our staffing agency. The ideal candidate for the Staffing Branch Manager position will be well versed in the staffing industry, as their primary role will involve securing business from clients and placing candidates into roles that will benefit all parties involved. Staffing Branch Manager Pay, Schedule, and Location

Staffing Branch Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a strategic plan to secure business from clients and place candidates effectively

• Understand the staffing market and use tools to ensure that your open jobs are competitive

• Engage with customers and ensure that they are satisfied with our services

• Serve as a strong leader to our staffing team and provide coaching to develop employees

• Contributes to profits and revenue and ensures that markup fees are established and maintained

Staffing Branch Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 5 years prior light industrial staffing experience

• Proven performance in branch management, P&L responsibility, and sales management required

• Understand OSHA compliance guidelines and standard operating practices

• 3 years prior experience managing light industrial or staffing
