Job Description:
Join HOI for our open bookkeeper position. This position is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of our business: paying bills, tracking accounts receivables and tenant rent, making deposits, running reports, processing and tracking monthly ACH and Credit Card payments, preparing 1099s, and helping with the annual financial audits.
Additionally, the bookkeeper position is expected to help with general reception and office duties that include answering the phones, filing, greeting tenants and visitors, opening and disbursing mail, tracking and taking work orders, inventory, assist in construction accounting and agreements, insurance records, and utility average reports.
Opportunities:
Hourly compensation is negotiable based on experience. We pay a minimum starting wage of $15/hr.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of previous bookkeeping our accounting experience is required. An Associates or Bachelor’s in Accounting is preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
