Highlife Recovery is a family-owned, well-established, growing company. We have locations in Columbus, Circleville, Grove City, and Tiffin, Ohio where we provide services for behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorders). This position will be an assistant with the rest of our team in organizing and maintaining timely collection and billing of all accounts receivable either from patients or insurance companies. The job is office work consisting of answering phones, data entry, making phone calls, medical billing and collections. He/she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his/her supervisor. Experience working in a medical office is preferred, but we will train. Responsibilities

• Engage in timely followup and maintain open lines of communication with organizations
• Responsible for posting insurance and patient payments into professional billing system
• Review accounts receivable and follow-up with patients and insurance companies on outstanding balance.
• Perform timely responses on claims, denials, appeals and single-case agreements
• Any other task assigned by supervisor

• No experience needed we will train
