We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our beautiful 200-unit apartment community wonderfully located in North Dallas! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. - Processing applications
- Income Collections
- Processing Move-Ins and Move-Outs
- Resident Relations
- Reporting
- Marketing
- At least two years of assistant manager experience at an apartment community.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work every Saturday with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Winter Work Hours: T-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Summer Work Hours: T-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.

Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
