AT&T Flex Agent Job at TouchPoint Strategies
AT&T Flex Agent Contractor ensures our client delivers a world-class customer experience. You'll use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve various issues such as business customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, equipment, and report problem areas.
This contract role is virtual following completion of 3-4 weeks of on-site training in Houston, TX. Once training is completed, you can create your own schedule.
No equipment will be provided. Candidates must have personal laptops, monitors will be provided during training only, headsets are required for onsite training and remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist business customers with requests, questions, and concerns about how to use phones and accessories, billing questions, rate plans, returns, exchanges, upgrades, accessory orders, or missing order requests.
- Provide troubleshooting/tech support to customers.
- Utilize business tools effectively and enter and record customer information.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess basic technical skills.
- Ability to pass any assessments or tests associated with the position.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience working with voice and data products (phones, cameras, handheld devices, etc.)
- Ability to engage virtually with management as needs of the business require.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit for long durations and engage with customers as dictated by the needs of business.
Virtual Workspace-Minimum workspace requirements including verified and passing an internet speed test for internet service with Wi-Fi speed of at least 25 Mbps upload/download ability and established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). Contractor's computer must have minimum operational specs: 64-bit operating system-64-based processor with 15.3 GB9 usable memory.
TRAINING
Classroom and/or virtual training as needed (e.g., in other areas within the broad duties of general customer care once competency has been demonstrated). Other training, as identified by management.
Experience
2-5 or more years of experience in a Call Center
1-2 years of basic technical experience
Education
High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Bachelor of Science or Arts
Compensation
Training will be paid at $15/hour-FOR TRAINING ONLY
- Additional financial incentives will be provided after successfully completing Training
- Potential opportunity to make up to $20/hour
- Pay after training will be a base rate of $5 per completed call
