Takes charge, self-starter individual, acts as main go between customers, management, and laborers.
- Small Business Experience
- Must be English ~ Spanish bilingual, knows & understands labor culture
- Able to multi task from the field or office
- Experience in every facet of business from marketing, face-to-face sales and people & office management skills
- Web site maintenance ~ updates -word press
- Mechanical and numbers aptitude
- Knowledge of high-end restoration and preservation ~ residential or commercial
- Inventory management and allocation, business management, purchasing experience
- Ability to effect efficiency, motivate operation managers &
- Labor, continuing education, customer experience, administration,
- Knowledge of machinery, motors, pumps and auto & truck maintenance.
- Some knowledge of wet processing (chemicals) and dry finishing (carpentry ~ staining ~ painting ~ sealing ~ masonry) would be extremely helpful
