SpringHill Suites Quakertown PA is searching for an experienced full-time Assistant General Manager. Only candidates
with actual hotel operations experience will be considered. This is not a resident position and we do not reimburse
for relocation.
This associate will assist the General Manager with all operations tasks: front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and
maintenance with both hands-on duties and oversight of existing supervisory staff.
Candidates must (minimally) possess the following:
Knowledge of and previous experience in hotel operations. Prefer Marriott experience.
Ability to hear, speak, read and write English fluently.
Ability to type (by touch) at least 30 wpm.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Requires business writing, spelling, reading and math skills.
Customer service skills
Leadership skills
Must have a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
High School Diploma.
