Job Description

Pure Energy, Inc. is recruiting an experienced solar Project Manager to oversee the installation production and progress at our Houston, TX location. You will supervise and manage all solar installation operations in this market and ensure all productivity targets are achieved with a very strong focus on a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily tasks and projects for solar installation staff
• Ensure installation crews are properly equipped to complete projects
• Coordinate with customer service and operations as needed for project completions
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment while maintaining company standards
• Enforce safety policies and procedures
• Inspect projects for quality and accuracy
• Effectively manage budgets and timelines
• All other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience (solar experience a plus)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, on-task and to manage time efficiently
• Proficient in using a computer and software such as MS/Job Nimbus
• Effective written and oral communicator
• Efficient problem solver; able to think and react logically to overcome obstacles
• Self-motivated and effective team leader
• Able and willing to travel within the state of Texas as necessary
• Professional, accountable, and reliable with a customer-centric mindset
• Able and willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Preferred

• OSHA General Industry certifications
• NABCEP certifications

Pay & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $60,000-$75,000 DOE
