Job Description : Animator/Graphic Designer

In-house graphics to manage, develop and strategize create content and refine existing content. This is a full-time position with annual salary and benefits. Animation skills a huge plus!

Primary Responsibilities:

Animation, 3d animation

· Create visual communications to convey branding and product experiences to consumers

· Collaborate with other design team members when working in group settings on various projects

· Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on deadline

·Assist in the planning, prepare, and edit content of photos and assist in participation of photo shoots to meet visual content. This would be on and off site as needed.

· Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications, budget restrictions, and timelines

· Work with a wide range of media and design software

· Ability to positively handle critique and direction from management and team members

· Ability to communicate within a dynamic environment, with a diverse team, and with management

· Track and understand trends within the scope of the industry and offer concepts to expand brand influence

· Work in areas of marketing and advertising to create various materials such as product packaging, labels, sell cards, posters, social media postings, website, etc. that provide info about company offerings with the correct theme and tone of the brand product

· Initialize a project by coming up with a general concept and present an idea with a rough sketch or understand brand vision and finalize concepts provided by management

· Communicate and plan meetings with management prior initiation of a project, when milestones are met, and prior to finalization of a project to ensure media reflects the desired theme and tone. This includes completion from concept through to all steps of development, marketing, advertising and handoff to sales and public relations.

· Must have time management skills that enable effective prioritization to manage several projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

Strong animation skills a huge plus!

· Degree, certification, or real-world experience in graphic design or equivalent filed

· 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design

· 3-5 years’ experience managing a variety of professional social media accounts with a high follower/subscriber count (10+K preferred)

· Knowledge and understanding of layout, design fundamentals, typography, print, and web design

· Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software

· Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

· Strong analytical skills and detail oriented

· Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
