We are looking for an Administrative Contracts Assistant to support our Santa Rosa office!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Contracts Coordinator with miscellaneous administrative duties
• Procurement and maintenance of insurance certificates
• Main point of contact for insurance certificates
• Maintain and archive contracts

Additional Duties:

• Help in print room as needed
• Review Contracts with a high level of attention to detail
• Help with miscellaneous projects as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• Excellent Organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Excellent proofreading skills
• Experience with COI’s
• Experience with contracts
• 1-3 years office experience
• Ability to work with competing deadlines
• Communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
