Administrative Assistant - Engineering
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our stable Engineering Firm. If you are reliable, well organized, able to multi-task with a positive attitude and professional demeanor - this could be a great fit for you! A plus if you have experience or education within Engineering, Construction, Materials Testing or related Industries, but not required. We will train the right person, providing you meet the qualifications listed. Excellent growth potential for right individual.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook (Knowledge of Access a plus!)
  • Essential to have positive and professional demeanor, quick learner
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Helpful, not required: Experience or knowledge of Engineering, Construction related industry

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities may include:

  • General diversified administrative support duties
  • Communication and Follow up with our Field Engineers and Clients
  • Maintain, update spreadsheets
  • Review Engineer Reports for quality control
  • Updating & auditing tracking logs for Engineer Reports
