We are a full-service commercial real estate company seeking an accounts receivable specialist to join our team in Southfield, MI.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process daily bank deposits
- Track and resolve outstanding payment issues
- Generate monthly aging reports
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Send statements to outstanding customers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years prior accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in accounting
- Ability to respond to accounting issues
- Involvement in improving business processes
- Ability to stay focused and multi-task
- Teamwork mentality
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work without supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
