Machine Setup
Shift: will train on 1st shift then transition to nights
Pay: $14.25-17.25 per hour
What you’ll do:
- A variety of assigned task related to assembly, machine operation, and production within a factory environment.
- Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances and other production equipment.
- Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
- Examine products to verify quality standards.
- Count finished products or workpieces, weigh finished products, or sort materials or products for processing, storing, shipping, or grading.
- Maintain production cycles on machines.
- Record production accurately on operator sheets, including acceptable production, short count, and scrap.

Notify supervisor immediately of the inferior product being produced. Follow operator instruction sheets. Store metal objects and tools away from molds. Perform projects or miscellaneous work as required. Must have basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and know the Quality Policy. Follow all safety rules, report safety problems and all injured, regardless of severity. Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
